Samuel Stepanus Huang

Samuel Stepanus Huang has been an experienced property developer since 2013, with extensive expertise in the development of high-rise apartments, condominiums, and landed houses. As one of the owners and the President Director of Triniti Dinamik, he successfully led the company to peak performance, culminating in its public listing in 2021 (period 2013–2022).

Driven by a strong passion for providing affordable and subsidized housing for low-income communities, he founded PT Infiniti Triniti Jaya in 2019. The company is currently developing over 2,000 housing units on a 25-hectare land in the Banten region of Indonesia.

Throughout his career, Samuel has actively contributed to various industry organizations, including the Real Estate Indonesia Association (REI), FIABCI Indonesia, and the World FIABCI. Beyond his professional achievements, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to social initiatives, particularly in the Banten region and more broadly across Indonesia, through various activities aimed at helping those in need.

Amos Natanael

Mr. Amos Natanael is the Project Director at Infiniti Realty, bringing extensive experience and innovative leadership to the property sector. His career began as Director of PT Indomebel Nusantara, where he led the development of high-quality fully furnished units for the Springwood Residence project. This project set a new standard for move-in ready apartments by perfectly combining modern design and comfort.

Thanks to the success of Springwood Residence, Amos expanded his vision into the housing development market. As Project Director, he now oversees the construction of Mulia Gading Kencana Housing, one of the flagship projects of Infiniti Realty Group. Under his leadership, each home is built to the highest standards, prioritizing functional design, modern aesthetics, and high-quality workmanship.

Meanwhile, Infiniti Realty has become a pioneer in providing premium move-in ready housing solutions in Indonesia, consistently prioritizing quality for subsidized homes, as well as comfort and style for every homeowner.

Soelaeman Soemawinata

Bapak Soelaeman Soemawinata He has over 40 years of experience in the real estate sector and is also one of the directors at a development company. PT. Alam Sutera Realty TbkHe has previously served as Ketua Umum DPP Real Estat Indonesia (REI) for the 2016–2019 term, and also served as Presiden FIABCI Asia Pacific for the 2018–2021 term. Currently, he has also been elected as one of the members of the FIABCI International Council.

Mr. Soelaeman has extensive experience in developing self-contained urban areas, such as Alam Sutera City, along with various supporting buildings, including hotels, schools, apartments, and other facilities.

With the extensive and in-depth experience that Mr. Soelaeman has in the real estate industry, it is expected that PT. Infiniti Triniti Jaya it can grow to become one of the best development companies in Indonesia.
